Therapy for Perfectionism

Perfectionism

The relationship you form with yourself is the foundation for your relationships with others. Let’s make it a supportive one! I meet with a lot of women who know they are experiencing high stress levels or aren’t as confident as they wish they were but feel overwhelmed for wanting better, wanting more. I get it. Life can have a way of tricking you into thinking everyone else has it all. But perfectionism, playing the comparison game, and experiencing shame can have a tendency to steal your joy, passion, and creativity. Not to mention your energy!

Together we can learn where these patterns are coming from and recreate ways to overcome perfectionism in order for you to be comfortable being your authentic self. Whether that is learning to be more assertive, compassionate or kind, change is possible. Remember, the way you view yourself impacts the way you experience the world around you.

Can You Identify With Any Of the Following?

  • You want to better understand your perfectionism and learn how to manage these tendencies.
  • You want to handle your daily stress effectively, with a goal of living more mindfully and authentically.
  • You want to learn how to be more accepting of yourself, just the way you are.
  • You want to become more confident in who you are, learn to be assertive and establish reasonable boundaries.
